Pricing
All prices shown on our website are in AED and may include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices or update product details at any time. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours if they have not been dispatched; after shipment, cancellation falls under our Return Policy.
Memberships
Our SoleSelect membership program is free and automatically activated when you register an account. Members earn points through purchases, exclusive drops, and promotional events, and receive an extra 14 points when shoes are kept past the 14-day return window for point collection. These points hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
